serviceable but with issues
elevator delays poor water pressure
the location was acceptable with easy access to public transport.
Only one of the elevators was operational . this created significant delays, especially during peak times. I waited upwards of 20 minutes on several occasions (quite inconvenient). furthermore, the shower had very poor water pressure. it made showering difficult and not at all refreshing.

helpful staff comfortable desk rooftop bar views small room glass door upgrade denial
the staff was helpful. they assisted me with directions and local information. my room included a desk and chair, it allowed me to work comfortably. the rooftop bar offered pretty views, i enjoyed it.
the room i stayed in was quite small. i found the bathroom door was made of glass, this offered little privacy. also, i requested a room change, but this request was denied unless i paid extra for an upgrade.
